Senior B2B Digital Marketing Lead


About the Job

We are looking for a Senior B2B Digital Marketing Lead that will be responsible and take ownership of integrated digital marketing campaigns for our clients while working closely and orchestrating other team members. We are an awesome cross-cultural team of creative minds with strong passion about B2B Marketing, tech and SaaS products, innovation and Start-Ups. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated Demand Generation campaigns for B2B SaaS and Tech companies (no Outreach).
• Develop a deep understanding of HubSpot, own and execute demand generation activities including, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect analysis, lead scoring, digital content strategy (gated/ungated content offers), and more.
• Own pipeline metrics. Develop reporting on key KPIs, assess pipeline health, and identify key challenges and priorities.
• Measure, report, and optimize program and campaign performance, perform A/B tests, and effectively and consistently communicate campaign plans, programs, and results with the client and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with multiple client teams (sales, marketing, operations) to develop a coordinated strategy and campaign execution to directly impact marketing-sourced revenue.
• Manage and utilize Martech systems such as HubSpot, Leadinfo, Leadfeeder, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager etc.


• Experience managing and executing demand gen programs and campaigns for B2B SaaS and tech companies.
• You have a track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging a diverse set of channels and tactics expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to employ data-driven, digital-first strategies for high-quality demand generation and opportunity acceleration through sales teams.
• Proficiency in systems like HubSpot and the ability to pull reports on specific campaigns and understand the status of leads/opportunities in the funnel.
• Customer-centric and driven by insights. You understand the customer journey, and each influencer within the decision-making process and leverage customer insights to design your campaigns.
• Great at building cross-functional relationships. You've worked closely with data, sales, content, and operations partners.
