Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
• Set up lead scoring models and custom fields to enhance segmentation.
• Work closely with client teams to develop impactful campaigns.
• Integrate HubSpot with other platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot.
• Manage migrations from Marketo, Salesforce, and Pardot to HubSpot.
• Keep tabs on KPIs and generate insights to optimize campaigns.
• Regular A/B testing to improve ongoing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest HubSpot functionalities and industry best practices.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years experience with HubSpot, including certification.
• Strong know-how in lead scoring setup, workflows, custom fields, and integrations with other platforms.
• Experience with migration from platforms like Marketo, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Pardot.
• An analytical mindset to read data like an open book.
• Excellent communication skills—plain and simple.
• Team player who can work seamlessly across departments.
• Strong problem-solver.
